What does "Unknown Problem (iCPW)" mean?

AirPort Extreme 5th Generation reports Unknown Problem (iCPW) even after reboot.

Does anybody know what it means and how to get rid of it?

Thx

Hey, thanks for the info on this. Your comments led me to the fix on my unit. I'm pretty technical, but the resolution had been eluding me. I even took the unit to the local Apple Store before reading these posts and they didn't know what was up. They said send it in for service (under warranty). After returning home, your post set me on the path to recovery. I am using this particular Time Capsule to "Extend" a network in my home. Through your suggestion, I reset the Time Capsule, setting it up as a new network which allowed me to turn off "Back To My Mac". All was well after that and I then proceeded to re-set the unit as an extension of my exisiting network. All is fine now. Problem solved. Thanks for the heads up. This was making me nuts!!

Had this problem on a Airport Extreme which a friend had given me. Turned out that it had his appleID registered in it and those credentials became invalid. The Airport utility for Windows is a 3rd class citizen and so useless for diagnosing this and didn't have a way of entering the AppleID but the version on the Mac pointed to the problem and I could resolve it easily.
