My apple tv is not showing movies or tv shows despite being logged into itunes
I have had the same problem!
Re-boot the Apple TV.
When in doubt, re-boot.

I have the same problem ever since the last upgrade I can't see my purchased tv shows or movies. I restarted it several times but it did not help. I checked to see if there is another update and it says I'm up to date. Any ideas?
I have the same issue. If I click on movies it appears to start loading but then kicks me back to the home screen. Restarting didn't help.
I'm not sure if this will help but it did for me. Go to Settings > iTunes Store > Accounts and then sign out of your current account. Sign back in and see if it is working now.
