Q: i tunes store can't connect - not complete icons on i tuner app?

My iTunes APP Only show 3 icons; podcast, iTunes U, and download. other not there (music, movie,etc). i also can't connect to iTunes store. I use ipad 2, wifi 3G. I try to download iTunes app but Said it's already instal . Please help..

iPad 2, iOS 5.0.1

The iTune Store is not available in certain countries.
