How many machines can Lion be loaded onto for 29.99
I upgraded my MacBook Pro through the app store. When I go to upgrade on my iMac it is asking for another 29.99. Is this correct?

Hold the option key on the price and it should change to download.
I don't think there is a limit other than it's only for your computers that you own. You can also follow this link to create a bootable USB stick to put on other machines rather than downloading each time.
