unable to locate library

Can anyone help? I have recently changed broadband as I was having poor internet connection to cable. The problem continued so we invested in a wireless extender. Since then, every time we use apple tv it comes up unable to locate library and I have to reboot everything! Has anyone got a solution for this? please?
