While trying to stream a video, I get Quicktime error 10061. Can someone help?

My kid's daycare has a streaming video feed of the classroom. When I try to log on from my work computer, I get a Quicktime connection error 10061. I don't get the error when I try from home. I've already tried disabling the firewall but it didn't work. Any suggestions?
