Where's the arrow and size?

I copied some file from one external drive to another and the folders doesn't show an arrow which I could click to show the contents of the folder. When I do get info it doesn't show the size of the folder but the hard drive that I copied from does. How do you make it show the arrow and size?

Could you perhaps reword your question? It's very difficult to follow what you are asking. What arrow are you referring to? What file or folder are you getting information on (the source, or the destination), and where in the information field are you looking for your file sizes? Are you able to copy the file to the new location and open it from there?

Yes the folders and files are copied to the new drive. What's missing is the little arrows located at the left side of the folders which when you click the arrow would move 45 degree clockwise and would display the contents under the folder. Right now the only way to look at the content of the folder is to double click it. Also when you do a "Get info" on the folder, the size field would remain blank and I wanted to know the size of each folder.
