Jul 24, 2012 12:10 PM in response to Aprildagby johnny36,Aprildag, No I have not been successful in getting this issue resolved. I tried Apple Care, no luck, everything is setup correctly per the tech. Contacted our Internet provider & my wireless router company with no luck. All the posts were changed per the specifications of Apple, still nothing.
I did confirm that both are successful on a public venue (mcd's or *$'s). It is still active a couple of days, then reverts to its useless state. It tells me that it might be the port issue. This has been very aggravating for my little girls in communicating with relatives throughout the US.I wish that Apple opens additional ports with iOS6, because this is all over the user support communities with no resolution. Yes, I have tried several fixes from other individuals. I did give up & sorry for the late reply. Good luck with this issue & let me know if you strike gold.
