Q: Collection not updating

Hi Duncan, any updates on this request? It is still not updating.

There is an error in the collection on our end. We are working to address the issue and should be able to get the collection functioning as expected soon.

We, also, are still unable to see any new uploaded presentations.  Is there any other place we can go to get help?  We have thought about starting a whole new collection and just uploading everything from the beginning of the semester.  We are on Spring Break right now but next week, our students need to get started on the material again.  The last two weeks' worth of the material is not available.  And next week's material is not available also.

Help!  Any ideas would be very appreciated!

Hurray for Serifluous!  Now, is there anything we can do to fix our collection?  It stopped at chapter 8.  Chapters 9, 10, etc. are not showing.

We have the same problem!

I though it was just new colletions, turns out nothing is updating!

We are hosting our own feeds/videos.

Last successfull update was in February!

Just wanted to see if the issue is still occuring?  As of Monday (May 13), I have had a had trouble uploading items (and having them appear) on my Apple Hosted RSS Feed.
