Why isnt X-men First Class on the US iTunes store?

The rights holders haven't yet decided to sell it on the U.S. iTunes Store, apparently.

You would need to contact the rights holders to see if they are even attempting to sell it in the US Store. They would not be able to give you an exact date due to Apple's approval process.

Who are the rights holders... Do you know/ could you maybe find out, because I havent really seen anything about the rights holders.

Probably the studio that produced and released it.

I would bet it's an exlusitivity deal. There a studios that give exclusitivity rights for a period of time after it comes out either to rent or buy digitially. I have not heard anything specific but I bet that is it.

When it first came out I bought it on iTunes and was looking in my purchases and couldn't find it -.-

How did you buy it? For me it says it is available in the Canada store, and it wont let me get it because I live in the u.s.

When it was first available of DVD and Blue-ray iT was on iTunes as well, so I purchased then. It was in my purchases and I could redownload it at will on my iPad but recently I checked and it was gone!
