I recently downloaded OS X Lion. When I restart the computer it doesn't go to the login screen. It logs into the administrator without requesting a password.

I would assume you've configured it for Auto-Login. If you don't want that you can change it in Users & Groups preferences. Click on the lock icon and authenticate with your admin password. Select your account in the list, then click on the Login Options button. You can change your login configuration in the dialog.
