Q: No AHT on mid 2011 iMac?

Hi, I have an iMac mid 2011 preinstalled with LION. I have tried holding down the "D" key as suggested using the bluetooth keyboard and even a usb keyboard both over wifi and ethernet cable. Nothing seems to start the pple AHT. Any suggestions are welcome

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

    As far as i'm aware if your kit shipped with Lion you will need to hold down Option + D at startup. I'm reliably informed that  will force Internet Recovery (spinning globe logo below Apple logo). After a  while or more likely what seems an eternity Apple Hardware Test will begin.
