I am trying to fixed a double charge to my account for $149.99 that occurred on March 3, 2012. It is not my purchase and I need to take care of it
I just had the same thing happen to me today, March 19, 2012, to my bank account. I had TWO charges for $149.99 each. I don't know what happened. I have put a block on my debit card and sent emails to iTunes and the bank. Did you get your issue resolved? Did someone hack your account or was it an iTunes mistake that you got refunded? I am hoping and praying, because I can't afford to lose $300.
If the listed purchase is not a duplcate of one you made then your first port of call should be your card issuer.

I did get my issue solved by iTunes and my account was credited. I did have to cancel the card for protection. When I finally was able to find the correct site for help, they were very helpful.
