    This message is often generated if you try to use a credit card in an iTunes Store that's not in the same country. For example if you're accessing iTunes from another country while traveling.

     

    If that's not the case, contact iTunes Store support. Links are at tthe bottom of the iTunes Store home page.

    The issue may be that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

     

    "Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

    Same thing happened to me yesterday, I am from Chile, I have been buying with no problems for months through my iphone or ipad and yesterday I got that message, after that it has been imposible to buy anything and everytime I try to buy something the app store requests a verifications, I put my security number of my credit card and nothing happens, it just asks to do the same thing over and over.

     

    Apple support is in complete silence and I haven't got any respopnse...
