Reminders for Mac Book Pro
On my I phone and I pad I have a programe called Reminders but I can't find it on my Mac book pro. Does it exist?

You have 10.7.3. That means iPhone Reminders and MBP iCal reminders perform the same function.
You should be able to use the functionality immediately, but one paid iCal application really makes it better. FantastiCal allows you to bring up reminders from the desktop via pull-down menus.
Have a look at the Mountain Lion preview ... you'll be getting Reminders and the notification centre soon enough ....
