Does anyone know what to do to fix this? I am trying to back up this stuff on a new computer. It downloaded 4 apps and the gave me this message. iTunes cannot sync apps to the ipad because the apps installed on the ipad could not be determined.

First thing to try is a reboot of your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.
In order for it to work, I had to do the reboot after it downloaded about 8-10 apps to the new computer. So after a lot of reboots, it is almost done!
