Does anybody know of a good liquid cooling MBP stand?

For the MBP, no. If it's any consolation, there's not any evidence that even an ordinary cooling stand will do better than a liquid cooling stand.
Sorry, I don't quite understand what you are saying. Are you suggesting that MBP coolers like these are not helping with decreasing the temperature at all?

However, maybe we're talking about two different things. In your OP, you referred to a liquid cooling stand for a MBP; I maintain that you won't find too many of those, yet. (One of the most impressive cooling mats is The Tilt http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/themadminds/the-tilt-multimedia-stand-for-th e-macbook-pro, which is currently being designed for a 15" MBP; a 13" model is being created as we type.)
Moreover, I've not read a comparison of liquid vs air cooling mats for their relative effectiveness.
