i went update an app goodreader but crashed, left on 5% done, after full shutdown now shows Waiting, lost connection(not able conn)... what to do? can remove it like is now showing waiting 0% the app and sychr get it back? I will get back and ebooks pdfs?

You might try restarting the iPad, power off and then back on, see if you can then reconnect to the app store and download. Should not have affected your documents already on your iPad.
