How to fix missing user from permissions

After a full restore through the Migration Assistant to my new MacBooc Pro, I found the Finder constantly prompting for permission.

I then discovered that my user was missing from the Permission and Sharing panel altogether.

I tried running the Repair permission function of the Disk Utility but it didn't add the user.

I was able to manualy fix that for a couple of folders because I really needed it, but how do I fix that for the rest of the migrated files?
