How do I re-install Leopard and later updates?? Cannot find Leopard download on Apple site.

Had to replace Hard Drive in Macbook (Intel) Was running Lion w/ Time Machine. Now am back to 10.4.11, cannot find Leopard Disc to reinstall.

Cannot find Leopard download anywhere on Apple site. Must upgrade OS in order to re-install my Time Machine backup since

10.4.11 doesn't support any of the later apps etc.--Can't get to iTunes store to re-load Lion because iTunes won't upgrade either. Is there

another way to work around? thanks

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

thanks -- don't quite know how to get back to

Lion which I already own and had loaded before I

had to replace Hard Drive. Cannot get into iTunes to

reload Lion since w/ 10.4.11. (which is the OS now loaded) has

iTunes software 7 & won't upgrade w/o Leopard--so I'm

stuck --- can't re-install from Time Machine for the same

reason. Maybe it's time for a trip to the

Genius bar!!

In order to have Lion on there you very likely (almost had to have had) Snow Leopard (which is higher than Leopard) on there first which would have involved a SL disc. Do you still have that? You do not need to go Tiger (10.4) --> Leopard --> Snow Leopard --> Lion. In fact it would surprise me if there wan't some way to install Lion directly since new computers don't come with any installer discs, but you may need to ask on the Lion forum about re-installing Lion if that's what you're trying to do.
