iDVD 7 custom themes

Hi, I would customize the "stretch - chapters" iDVD's theme in order to remove the grey bar that appears at the bottom of the menu. I tried to understand the .qtz related file and its structure but every tweak i tried ended in epic fails. Could someone give me an advice? Thanks
