On 5th March 2012 i purchased a game Where's my water for 0.99 $ and money got deducted from my account but today on 7th again 0.99 $ was deducted without any reasons. Even though i didnt purchase anything today..how and where should i complain

Same case happened for me now. I bought a game on 3 jan 2013. It deducted 60rs. Now suddenly again 55 RSI got deducted on 5 th jan 2013. Same time. Not sure if we have control over it.
