iCloud Me.com mail still not pushing in iOS 5.1 on iPhone 4S!

iCloud Me.com mail still not pushing in iOS 5.1 on iPhone 4S, works on all of my other devices, iPad 2, iPhone 4, but just not on my 4S. its been a problem since i iOS 5.0. anyone please help....
