I'm having the same issue. Error code either 3902 or error code 37. Why are you being ignored? Someone who knows how to fix this please respond.
I see that this has been posted a while ago, but we were having the same problem, hence searching the help topics. We tried all sorts of things and decided to take the information off of the modem to manually set up the network. Well, we came to realize that the password was being put in incorrectly each time. Case sensitive. So, error code 3902 was simply us putting in the wrong password.
Hey guys, I read through all of these posts trying a variety of solutions with no result. I was suffering from the 3902. I then logged into my comcast account online at http://10.0.0.1/ with the user name of "admin" and the default password of "password". I changed my wireless's name and password. Then went back to my apple tv and connected to my freshly named network with the new password, boom I was in. Up and running and enjoying everything. Remember this is just a comcast website so i am not sure if you will have the same luck with any other types of wifi.
