missing the app store app

DOes anyone have a clue where to find the "APP STORE" app. my disappeared from my Ipad. I tried restarting, installing new updates.....ugh...

Do you have restrictions turned on? Settings>General>Restrictions>On. If you do, you may have turned off installing apps and the app store icon will disappear.

If that's not it - swipe from screen to screen to look for it,

is there a way to access the app store and still have your restrictions on? Seems crazy that I have to disable my restrictions each time I want to access the app store to install new apps fro my kids and then have to put in all the restrictions again when I enable them
