iPad 2 & iOS 5.1?
I've installed iOS 5.1 on my iPad 2. I can't see anything from the UI perpsective that is new about it. Do you?

No one said there was a difference in the UI.

Yes.
Go to Settings > General > Software update.
It now says
iOS 5.1
Your software is up to date.
It used to say
iOS 5.01
Your software is up to date.
and in the Music app, the icons for Shuffle and Repeat are now orange (instead of a slightly brighter white) when selected.
Well, those are pretty paltry UI differences 🙂 Not that there has to be any UI difference or something new, but those are the aspects I find most exciting.
If you look at the iOS 5.1 description, you'll see what it contains - nothing with the general interface. You can delete photos from PhotoStream, do a 30-second rewind in the iPad , both of which I like...
I'vev been having fun blowing away tons of photostream photos 🙂
