How do I save clips of music from iTunes to publish to iWeb

I manage a website for a non-profit music group. I'd like to add clips of our music to the site from iTunes. For copyright reasons, I can't add the whole song. So, how do I save clips of music from iTunes and then publish to iWeb.

TIA

Select a track. Right click - get info, click the Options tab and set the start/stop times. Right click - Create AAC version. This creates a new file. If you want a different format select this prior to conversion as in:

iTunes: How to convert a song to a different file format - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1550 - including information about different formats and discussion about compression.
