Which ones? There's @ symbols passwords and a 'dmg' disk image password.
I don't want to delete an important password by accident.

I don't want to delete my Thunderbird settings and have to start my preferences, folders etc from scratch.

Didn't work.
Mail is still asking for passwords to accounts I've deleted in it.

Anyone, I'd really appreciate help on this, as it's been ongoing for ages and it is – frankly – a pain in the fundament to have an unwanted app pop up every few minutes demanding my attention.

If I reset Keychain, will I have to re-enter all my passwords? I doubt I can remember them.

I've followed all the tips mentioned above and still have this digital thorn in my side. Any more ideas?
