Doublechecking before proceeding. You're getting that message when you try to install a different piece of Apple software, like iTunes?
yes- I just bought an I Pad and want to migrate my I tunes over. I get the Bonjour message when it attempts to download the latest version of I Tunes.

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" 
thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another install. Does it go through this time?
I Tried that and that soooooo did not work any more suggestions this is killing me
