I received a Word document on my iphone as an email attachment. I would like to save it so I can use it to send as an attachment in emails I send out. How can I do that? My Mac is broken so I can't do a file transfer through iTunes to iBook. I do have DropBox if that helps but I don't know how I can use that to send the file as an attachment in an email?

Thanks for the quick response. Dropbox provides a link for the document which when clicked downloads the document. Is there a way, other than DropBox that can simply ATTACH the file to an email?

You can send directly as an attachment in the app that supports a particular file format.
So, for example, Documents to Go will send any Office type document as an email attachment, and it links to your Dropbox account.
This is just one example.
Tap and hold on the attachment icon in Mail, then select 'Open In...', Dropbox will become an option, and go from there.
