Mar 8, 2012 5:45 PM in response to CARLOS FERRARIby randers4,In order to use Photo Stream on your mac you need to be running iPhoto 9.2 or later, and be using OS X 10.7.2 or later (Lion), see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4906. Does you system meet these requirements? If so, here's some basic troubleshooting steps (from http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3989):
- From your Mac, choose System Preferences > iCloud and make sure the Photo Stream checkbox is enabled.
- Open iPhoto or Aperture, choose Preferences > Photo Stream, and make sure the Enable Photo Stream checkbox is selected.
- Make sure your Mac has an an active Wi-Fi or ethernet connection.

Mar 9, 2012 8:23 AM in response to CARLOS FERRARIby randers4,Ok, when you said "iphoto" I assumed you had a mac, since iPhoto is an application for mac computers. If you mean that your iPhone photos aren't appearing on iCloud, then go to Settings>iCloud>Photo Stream and make sure it is set to On. Also, go to Settings>Wi-Fi and make sure Wi-Fi is set to On. Finally, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi, as this is required to upload pictures to iCloud. If you have all this set correctly and you still don't see you pictures on iCloud.com then try turning Photo Stream off, then back on in Settings>iCloud>Photo Stream.
As far as computers, that's a very personal choice. I personally would go for the iMac since it's more of a full-fledged computer, with quad-core processor, more memory, larger hard drive, etc. (See http://www.apple.com/why-mac/compare/)
