Ok this is how Apple deals with issues? seriously?

I keep trying to download a movie to rent and I tried it twice, it itunes was SLOW on the download like over an hour, and each time I click on the movie to watch it tries to connect to itunes for some reason and says I am having a error 5013. This happened twice on the same movie and looking through Apple's itunes and web site to correct this problem is worthless.


If there is an issue with the download we should be given info on how to correct it or allow us to reload it without the same issue coming up.


I am seriously considering never renting from itunes again if this is the customer service you offer.
