mobiledevice hang up if device plug in... example ipad2

Question

I have allready installed 10.5 and if i plug an device into my Mac Pro, then my Itunes will be closed with an error message:

Apple Mobiledevice.... stopped....

- i reinstall Itunes.

- delete Cache.

What can i do more to fix this problem?!

iPad 2, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

You might need to remove and reinstall the Apple Mobile Device Service. Find instructions here, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1747
