Q: Not able to connect to wifi with AppleTV

I have 2 apples TV's in one room, one will connect the other will not. Can anyone give me some suggestions on why?

I want to unpdate to the new version of software for apple TV

A:

So you were able to get the ATV in DFU mode( Hold down the menu and play button for 7sec)? It's been my experience with the ATV that it can take a couple of tries. If it doesn't enter DFU mode it won't show up in the device list.

Try restarting the offending ATV and the router. Otherwise you may have to restore the device with itunes.

I already tried restarting the ATV and I have two other ATV's in different part of the office that are connect great....so I know its not the router. I am going to try the iTunes route. Thanks for the advice.

Ok...I tried connecting to the computer through iTunes, the computer chimes that the ATV is connected but doesn't show up in the Device list....any ideas?

I was able to get in DFU made and it startedthe update but gave me an error ' Not able to update'. When I went to the web link I had already tried the Resolutions. Thanks for your help but it looks like I am making a trip to the apple store. Yeah!
