itunes won't connect to store

Ever since i updated my iphone 4 i have been having issues synching to my computer and my computer itunes won't connect to the apple store.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1

In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?

The autoruns program mentioned in the post here revealed a program called Speedbite Video Accelerator, which when uninstalled solved the problem with iTunes of not being able to connect to the iTunes Store. I had tried every other remedy suggested on the iTunes support page to noavail. Finally after 22 days of intense effort I found the answer.
