App crashes after resetting iOS emulator?

My app was working great, and my iOS emulator was getting cluttered with random test apps so I reset it. Now my app gets a "SIGABRT" error. What did I do? Was I not supposed to reset by iOS emulator?

Try option-cleaning that project, then close the simulator & Xcode - reopen Xcode, run your app to the sim again and see if things clear up.

thanks I also restarted my Macbook and that seemed to fix it all.

Same error on Xcode 4.5 but after cleaning (cmd+shift+K and option+cmd+shift+K) and restarting everything (even teh computer) still not working.

¿Any solution?
