when i was updating my iphone 4s ar error appeared and now iphone is stuck at the "connect to itunes" screen and my itunes cant find my iphone.

I would try a reset on the phone first by unplugging it from your computer, then holding down both the home button and sleep/wake button at the same time. Once you do the reset, plug it back into your computer and see if it works.
i tried that llike 100 times...no luck
Then try following the steps outlined in this article to get your phone recognized by iTunes.
nothing...i even tried putting it in DFU mode
but i only get a black screen on my iphone
and itunes still cant see it
Then at this point I would either call AppleCare or visit an Apple Retail Store and speak to Genius to see if it could be something hardware related to the phone.

Worked! That was a scary update on the iOS. Thankfully I was backed up before I did the update, and it was able to restore my original info, pics, etc.
