iPod Shuffle 4g not appearing in iTunes nor Explorer.

I was restoring my iPod Shuffle. It stopped halfway through with a message stating, 'Cannot find disk or device' or something and from then on wont show up on neither iTunes nor Explorer on windows. I really cant buy a new one, Please help me!
