Hi...


Click the Finder icon in your Dock to open a new Finder window.


Then press Shift + Command + N to create a new folder. Give the folder a name then drag the files you want to burn to that folder.


Insert a new disc.


From the menu bar at the top of your screen click File > Burn (name of folder) to Disc...


To see exactly the CD and DVD Write your Mac Pro supports click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac then click More Info then click System Report. Look for Disc Burning on the left.
