Q: can i /travel/ with an airport express?

oops. bob. can I also use the thing somehow in my home network? I have a Time Capsule next to my MacPro that streams my Wifi. I suppose I can put it closer to where I need the access for my laptop and use it as a "jumper" in some way? Or even use it to get WIFI outside...?

thank you. i have printed out the documents and also some information on "personal hotspots' which I am guessing is to tether my iPhone to my laptop for when i can't find an internet connection.

can i please ask you what airplay is exactly? i have set up my laptop with "Home Sharing" primarily just so I can easily put some songs on my MBP even though I keep the main library on my Mac Pro. I also have a conventional stereo setup with my PURCHASED CD's but of course this music is not hooked up to anything that I might pay for and download to the MacPro.

I mean, I am not sure where to ask this question but I am also thinking of going to Apple TV.

Does any of this tie in to Airplay??

Can you clue me up about any of this?

i realized i have a dumb question.

do i put this directly connected to the ethernet coming out of the wall (when I travel) or do i put it /after/ the router? I mean, if I don't have the homeowner's wifi pass i am assuming i can still use this in some way to get internet...?
