Problem with Photos and Photo Stream after 5.1 update

I updated to 5.1 on my iPad2 and my photo stream and photo icon are completely gone (looked to see if it went to the the 2nd or third screen,but nope...). I tried resetting the iPad twice, turning Photo Stream on and off, and they arent there.

When I click the little photo icon on the bottom of my camera screen, I see my photos, and have three tabs at the top: All/Photos/Videos. But no Photo Stream and no photo icon (the little flower thing) on my main screen. Help!
