Q: error 333

I'm trying to prepare a video for upload to the internet in iMovie, and each time I get an error 333.

Does anyone know what this is and how to solve it?

Thank you!

that is very exotic, due to, as you can read here

    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2237

    -333 is from the pre-MacOSX aera .... (OS9)

and afaik, OS10.7.x doesn't include 'Rosetta' anymore, which would be needed to run any old programs.

you're using your Mac 'out of the box' or did you install any 'historic' apps, back-ups, plug-ins, codec collections etc?

I bought this computer used from someone else, and it has the newest Lion OS, but I did not install any "historic" apps, etc. that I know of. Is there something I should look for to get rid of?

    Thanks!

I have had the same error message on my 4 year old Macbook Pro (Intel) which came with Leopard but now runs Lion. So my Macbook Pro never ran OS9 but has had the same error message in iMovie. I wonder if it's an iLife thing?

I was uploading to YouTube at the time - for the first time. It worked second time I tried to upload. Maybe it was a one off?
