iTunes error '0x80092013'

Please help, I have just updated iTunes to 10.6.40 and can no longer complete app updates and it won't update my iPhone to IOS 5.1. I can also no longer access iCloud. I have tried downloading a itunes a 2nd time. I've also tried to reset the winsock to no avail. I don't know where to go to from here.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.0.1

I had no success with these suggestions. I have even formatted and reinstalled windows but still get the same error. I have been talking to Apple about it and I think we are just going to have to give them a few days to resolve the problem. If you need to use iTunes and cant wait you could try uninstalling and reinstalling an older version eg 10.5.
