Upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 5.1 and the camera button on the lock screen no longer works. It just causes the screen to judder momentarily, as if it's trying to display the camera but can't.
What's going on?

Just worked it out. Rather than tap to activate the camera, as before, you now slide it up.

Apple, you just added a step to a feature that was you eliminate steps. Please undo the swipe up feature!

Before you had to double click the home button and then tap on the camera icon. thats one step vs 3
I just missed a great shot, but I like the new feature better than the on plus double click plus tap.
Now it is just on plus slide.
Plus, now you can slide from the top down to get back to the lock screen
