Removing VMware Fusion from MacBook Pro OS X 10.6.8

I foolishly installed VMware and then Visio a few months ago.


I am about to remove them today - does anyone have good advice how to do this PROPERLY!?!


Any notes on your experience, tips would be great.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8), VM Ware
