How can I transfer songs from iPad to iPod touch without using computer? Help

Ok so how do I transfer songs from apple device?(iPad 2 to iPod touch 4) i know how to do on computer on iTunes, but I'm on vacation so I have no reach of computer , can someone give a step by step tutorial on how to transfer songs without computer if possible

iPad 2, iOS 5.1

You can download the purchased music onto the device by going to iTunes on the iDevice and tap on the purchased tab. As long as you use the same ID that you bought the music with and are using the same ID on both devices, you can download the songs to the other device. There is no way to simply transfer the music from on device to the other without using iTunes - or a third party app.

You don't do it, that's what is said in the post above. There is no way to connect device to device and transfer music. You have to use iTunes to put the music on the device unless you go to iTunes on the device and download the music from there as long as it is on the same Apple ID That was used to purchase the music in the first place.
