Okey so I got my MBP home from my local store.. After having some freezing trouble.. They replaced the Logic board. Today when I turned on my mac it was like this.. It worked perfectly else but its a bit annoying that it have just been on service and I get this problem with the screen..
Anyone having some ideas on what could cause the problem?

Yeah something is wrong and need to go back to wherever you got it fixed the first time.

Try to manage your graphic card. I had the same problem and solved using this app.
Got some green things on my screen..
