screen recording with audio in SNOW LEOPARD

I am attempting to teach a friend by recording screen and voice over. How do you record voice simultaneously with screen recording in QUICK TIME 7? Thanks

imac 24" 2.16ghz 3g ram nividia 7600, Mac OS X (10.6.1), would like to eventually get big, mean MAC Pro

QuickTime Player 7 can't record the screen.

QuickTime X (part of Snow Leopard) can record the entire screen and use the built in microphone to record audio. There is a small chevron pull down on the right side to adjust the setings.
