Ive updated my iPad and iphone to iOS 5.1 and now AirPlay is not working with my Airport Exress set up.
Can anyone help me out? I can't seem to resolve this and I'm an apple head

I have the same problem from my Ipad 2 and my Iphone 4S trying to airplay to my Apple TV 2. i dont get any airplay button when playing photos or \video.
All worked fine with IOS 5.0

I too have this issue after upgrade on both my iPad and my iPhone. My stereo shows its connected and even displays the song I'm trying to play. I can adjust everything like volume etc from the devices but nothing ever plays.
Do any of you have "Bluetooth" turned On in your Settings ????
Try turning Bluetooth off and see if AirPlay works again...
WOW! yes i had it on and after turning off Bluetooth it works again! I guess this begs the question will this eventually be fixed?
That you would have to talk to Apple about...

Sadly I don't have Bluetooth on and it still doesn't work
Same here since updating my Express to latest firmware, I get no audio from iPad, iPhone or iMac. Very frustrating. Even downgraded firmware and that didn't work.
After a business trip, I had left my wifi connection setting turned off. I turned it on, rebooted my IPhone and it came back on.
This happened to me on the most recent batch of updates. Disabling Bluetooth fixed it. A thousand thank you's!
