Simple close the page prior to quitting Safari and set Safari's preference to always open new pages with a blank page. You will find that in Safari - Preferences - General.
Nope its still opening the same page "Example" if im on facebook and i exit out from safari when i relunch safari i goes back to facebook ?
i dont want this to happen = i always want home page when lunching safari.
Many thanks
Nope tried 2.steps you told me none of them work still same 😟
Hold down the shift key when launching any app or the option key when quitting to "discard" previous windows.
Thanks that was useful, I didn't know that little trick. 🙂
The problem is not a problem, but a feature Apple added in 10.7. To remove it, follow the steps below.
Click the Apple Icon in the top left corner of the screen |
i coulnt find personal heading ?
no not personal headin. just go to the preferences for your overall computer. i just bought my new macbook pro today and had the exact problem!
but this guy right here ^^ fixed it. just go to the apple in the corner, with no apps open if u wish, and go to preferences. and "general" u should be able to pick 2 color options... 3 scroll options.... and then "recent items" options. IN that recent items section there is a checkbox. just unclick it and ur done. it says "restore windows..."
good luck!1 i just fixed mine seconds ago
